  • Small Room

    Whether it’s a graduation party, baby shower, or another celebration, the Small Room has you covered. Decorate it with your favorite things, light the overhead garden lights, and watch the room transform into the perfect intimate space right before your very eyes.

    This space used typically for up to 80 guests

  • Spacious event hall with round tables, decorated with white cloths and small centerpieces, surrounded by clear chairs. Ceiling features string lights and exposed beams.

    Large Room

    Our large room offers everything a host might need when throwing a big party. Overhead garden lights, a phenomenal sound system, and our famed antique car and gas pump. With over 10,000 square feet, the large room has enough space for sit down eating, catering, a bar, and dancing.

    Loft

    The Loft is a photographer’s dream. With windows lining the walls, the natural sunlight offers a beautiful glow and happy atmosphere for any occasion. This space is perfect for photography sessions and used as a getting ready space for weddings.

Personal setup/load-in/cleaning time is included in your rental period. Additional time can be purchased.

We do all set-up and tear-down of our decor/rental items. You are responsible for your personal items and decor, taking trash to the dumpster, and general clean-up.

4 hour event time minimum for small events

6 hours event time minimum for most large events

Effective January 1, 2023, all venue services are subject to Kentucky State Sales Tax of 6%
